An insiders’ brand for nearly three decades, Sant Ambroeus was a beloved Manhattan institution that had a strong following within certain circles, but needed a national profile as the brand was expanding. MCC embarked upon a layered PR campaign, designed to put the brand in the most coveted titles – from Departures and Town & Country to FT: How To Spend It and WWD – building buzz and awareness for the brand essential to the growth plan for the celebrated restaurants and coffee bars.
